About the role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to own products end-to-end; from problem definition through execution and adoption. This role requires strong product thinking, excellence, and sufficient technical understanding to build scalable digital solutions that drive business outcomes.
You will work across functions and departments within the organization to build products that improve customer experience, increase conversions, and enhance operational efficiency.
You will be expected to identify high-impact opportunities, define product direction in ambiguous situations, and drive measurable outcomes across business and technology teams.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership Strategy:
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Identify and structure ambiguous business problems into clear product opportunities
- Own the product lifecycle: discovery → development → launch → adoption → scale
- Drive prioritization based on business impact and feasibility
Execution & Delivery Excellence:
- Create clear PRDs, user stories, and end-to-end workflows
- Drive execution with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Remove blockers and ensure alignment across teams
- Ensure strong adoption and usage, not just feature releases
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner across functions and departments within the organization
- Align stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams
- Drive decision-making in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Influence without authority to ensure product success
Technical Depth & System Thinking:
- Work closely with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, and system workflows
- Understand system architecture, dependencies, and scalability considerations
- Make informed trade-offs between speed, cost, and long-term scalability
- Translate business needs into technically feasible solutions
Data-Driven Product Management:
- Define product success metrics and north-star goals
- Design and run A/B tests and structured experiments to validate hypotheses
- Drive adoption of experimentation frameworks and data-led decision making
- Analyze user behavior, identify drop-offs, and drive continuous optimization
Eligibility & Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in product management
- Experience in Real Estate / PropTech / CRM-driven products preferred
- Strong track record of shipping and scaling digital products with measurable impact
Requirements:
- MBA and a bachelor’s degree in a related field from a Tier 1 institution preferred
- Relevant certifications in product management or technology are a plus
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and system design
