Hiring a Senior PM, in Bangalore, full time in office role.

What we have built so far:
Kutumb & Crafto - both the apps have over 100 million downloads. Next we are trying to scale a new Product.
This space is emotional, messy, sensitive, and unforgiving.
You will deal with:
• Loneliness
• Rejection
• Privacy anxiety
• Fake profiles
• Imbalanced attention dynamics
If you’re uncomfortable talking to users about intimacy, secrecy, or fear — don’t apply.
What this job actually is:
You will:
• Talk to 20+ users daily. Not “when needed.” Daily.
• Identify the single most painful user problem.
• Go deep until you understand the nuance.
• Form 3–5 sharp hypotheses.
• Go back to users and validate again.
• Ship experiments fast.
• Watch conversion, reply rates, retention, and revenue like it’s your own company.
• Call out uncomfortable truths immediately — even if it creates friction.
If metrics drop 5%, you should feel restless.
If users complain, you should feel responsible.
If something feels broken, you should not wait for permission to fix it.
This role is NOT for:
• PMs who hide behind data but don’t talk to users
• PMs who talk to users but never ship
• PMs who need stakeholder alignment to take action
• PMs who avoid difficult conversations
• PMs who treat product as “a job”
This role IS for:
• Operators
• People who get obsessed with user pain
• People who care about platform dynamics
• People who can think in systems, not features
• People who take extreme ownership
You will own real metrics.
You will ship daily.
You will be uncomfortable.
You will grow fast.
