Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Product Manager located in Gurugram. The Senior Product Manager will oversee product development, define the product vision, and lead the execution of strategic priorities. Daily responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams, gathering and analyzing user needs, creating product roadmaps, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The role requires robust communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Product Strategy, Roadmap Development, and Product Lifecycle Management
- Experience in Agile Methodology, Team Collaboration, and Project Management
- Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze Customer Needs, and identify product opportunities
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Metrics-Based Decision Making
- Experience with Technology Platforms and familiarity with Software Development frameworks
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products
- Experience in the fintech or financial services domain is advantageous
