We are looking for an experienced and driven BBS Analytics, Automation & GenAI Product Manager (Senior Product Manager) to join a high-impact team. If you are passionate about building scalable data and AI-driven products, this opportunity is for you.

🔹 Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive Analytics, Automation, and GenAI products end-to-end within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment. This is a build + execution role, where you will work closely with business leaders and technology teams to solve complex problems and deliver measurable value.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Own product strategy and execution for Analytics, Automation & GenAI use cases

✔ Lead product lifecycle: discovery → design → development → deployment → value tracking

✔ Translate business challenges into clear product roadmaps and user stories

✔ Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, HR, ESG, Operations, Trade & Customer Service, FP&A

✔ Work closely with Data Engineering, BI, Automation & AI teams

✔ Drive adoption, business transformation, and value realization

✔ Define KPIs and track measurable business outcomes

✔ Ensure scalability, reusability, and alignment with enterprise AI standards

🔹 Key Skills Required:

✔ Strong product ownership mindset with execution focus

✔ Experience in Product Management / Product Ownership

✔ Deep understanding of Analytics, Automation & AI/GenAI solutions

✔ Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

✔ Expertise in Agile / Product-based delivery models

✔ Ability to work in ambiguous and complex environments

✔ Excellent communication and storytelling skills

🔹 Education & Experience:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field

✔ MBA/CA or advanced degree preferred

✔ 15+ years of experience with strong product ownership background

✔ Proven track record in building and scaling data/AI products

✔ Experience in GBS / Shared Services / Captive organizations preferred
