Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Product Manager based in Mumbai. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading product lifecycle management, defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving development and innovation. The individual will work closely with marketing, sales, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure the success of products in alignment with corporate objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and development of product strategies
- Strong skills in stakeholder collaboration, cross-functional team leadership, and strategic decision-making
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and align them with organizational goals
- Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards, especially in respiratory care and generics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proficiency in project management tools and analytical software
