Job Description
Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the Product strategy and implementing the product roadmap. This role focuses on Korn Ferry Sell, our flagship sales transformation solution built on CRM leveraging embedded AI to modernize selling behaviors, optimize performance, and deliver measurable business impact. This role serves as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business objectives and user needs into clear technical requirements and deliverables. The Senior PM ensures that solutions are aligned with business goals, delivered on time, and meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance across Large Enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics) product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on stakeholder input, business priorities, market insights, and industry trends.
- Provide contextual AI Led recommendations based on market trends and tools to reduce manual work within product.
- Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and actionable tasks for user experience and engineering teams.
- Work closely with engineering, development, and cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver product features.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and evolving business needs.
- Ensure product deliverables meet acceptance criteria, quality standards, and organizational governance requirements.
- Monitor solution quality through testing, reviews, and adherence to technical standards.
- Manage the quarterly release process, create artifacts and partner with client facing teams on release communications.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Salesforce and MSD capabilities and related technologies.
- Lead point of contact for troubleshooting client issues by collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and supporting the de-escalation and resolution of high-priority blockers.
Qualifications
- 8 years of Product Manager Experience
- Salesforce CRM is a bigger priority, 3+ years' experience with SFDC Sales Cloud is a must have.
- 1-2 years of product building experience with Agentforce, Open AI, Copilot, Claude required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile frameworks and product development environments.
- Customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of user needs and experience design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and product delivery methodologies.
