Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Product Manager. The Senior Product Manager will lead the product lifecycle, including researching and understanding market needs, defining product strategy, managing the development roadmap, and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will work closely with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and leadership, to ensure the delivery of innovative franchise management solutions. Additionally, the role will require monitoring product performance and implementing feedback to enhance user experience and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Product Management, roadmap development, and prioritization
- Experience with Agile methodology, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
- Comprehensive understanding of operations, workflows, and business processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 [SharePoint], Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Azure
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and features
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Prior experience with enterprise SaaS platforms or franchise software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
- U.S. Central Time (CST) working hours
