Job Role: Senior Product Manager
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: 4 - 8 Years
Qualification: Engineering or Management degree from a premier institute — IIT, BITS Pilani, IIM, ISB preferred
About the role: As Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from vision to execution. You’ll work with leadership to define the roadmap, drive data-backed decisions, and deliver impactful experiences for millions of users. This is a high-ownership role, requiring strategic thinking, strong execution, and deep empathy for users.
Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and own product roadmap for your charter aligned with company goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics, user research, and market insights to identify problems, opportunities and improve product KPIs.
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the product lifecycle - from concept, requirements gathering, and prioritisation to launch and post-launch optimisation.
- User-Centric Design: Partner with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and delightful user experience.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to execute product initiatives with confidence.
- Performance Optimisation: Monitor KPIs, and iterate to drive conversion, retention, and revenue.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain product leadership.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum 4+ years of core B2C product management experience, with measurable impact on Revenue, ARPU, Conversion Rate, Repeat Transactions, Retention, and Engagement.
- Past KPIs must include Revenue, Conversion, ARPU, and Repeat Transactions.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful digital products in high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in interpreting complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
