Job details:
Location: 100% Remote
Type: Full-time
Interview Process: 4 rounds (TBD)
You’ll work on bleeding-edge AI use cases in the fashion industry and help scale the company to Series A.
We are not hiring backlog managers.
We are hiring product leaders who own outcomes and ship impact.
Who Should NOT Apply
- PMs who optimize for stakeholder pleasing over user outcomes.
- Resume-driven “X years experience” profiles.
- People who wait for PRDs instead of driving clarity.
- PMs who write specs but don’t ensure execution.
- People who rely on AI to generate docs without understanding the product deeply.
Product Stack / Environment
- AI-first product (GenAI / CV in fashion)
- Web app (React-based) + backend systems (APIs, workflows)
- Data-driven decision making (analytics, experimentation)
- Startup environment (0→1 and 1→10)
Stack familiarity matters less than product thinking and shipping ability.
What This Role Actually Is
You own problems, not roadmaps.
You define, drive, and ship:
- 0→1 product features (from ambiguity to production)
- End-to-end product experiences (UX, APIs, data flows)
- Clear problem definitions grounded in user and business impact
- Execution across engineering, design, and data
You think in systems — user journeys, data flows, edge cases, failure modes, and scale.
You don’t just write PRDs.
You drive outcomes.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Identify high-leverage problems across the product and business
- Translate ambiguity into clear, structured product direction
- Write sharp, concise specs that engineers can execute without confusion
- Drive execution aggressively — unblock, prioritize, and push to ship
- Work closely with engineering on trade-offs, scope, and sequencing
- Define success metrics and track real impact (not vanity metrics)
- Continuously refine product based on user behavior and data
- Ensure product quality — not just feature delivery
You’ll fit right in and succeed if you:
- Are an aggressive self-starter. No hand-holding.
- Think in first principles, not templates or frameworks.
- Can take a vague problem and turn it into a shipped feature.
- Have high product taste — you know what “good” looks like.
- Understand technical systems enough to make strong product decisions.
- Use AI tools to 3–5x output — without producing low-quality specs.
- Prioritize ruthlessly based on business impact.
- Communicate clearly with engineers, designers, and leadership.
- Own outcomes, not just output.
- Push for speed without compromising quality.
- If there’s no roadmap, you create one. If there is one, you improve it.
