Role Description
The Senior Product Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abroad. This role is responsible for defining and managing immigration and visa service offerings, including product strategy, roadmap development, and continuous improvement of consulting packages and client experience. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with consultants, operations, marketing, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze market and regulatory changes, and translate them into clear product features and processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting product priorities, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating launches of new services, optimizing pricing and positioning, and ensuring that offerings remain compliant and competitive. The role also involves stakeholder management, documentation of product requirements, and leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in product management, including product strategy, roadmap ownership, and lifecycle management for service-based offerings.
- Strong analytical and research abilities to understand client needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements, and to translate insights into product decisions.
- Demonstrated skills in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and clear communication with consulting, operations, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Proficiency in creating structured documentation, requirements, and process flows, with attention to detail and quality in content and presentation.
- Background in immigration services, consulting, professional services, or a related domain is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification in product management is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site, lead initiatives independently, prioritize multiple projects, and drive measurable improvements in client experience and business results.
