We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – AI to build and scale AI-native, personalization-first D2C experiences across the customer lifecycle.
You will lead recommendation systems, CDP-driven decisioning, and agentic customer journeys, leveraging AI/ML and Generative AI to drive conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
Operating at the intersection of product, data science, and growth, you will act as a horizontal AI layer across customer funnels while driving AI-led operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Personalization & Recommendations
- Own end-to-end personalization across web and app
- Build and optimize recommendation and real-time decisioning systems
- Drive impact on various business matrix including Conversion, AOV, RPV, LTV and contribution margin and more
2. AI, Gen AI & Agentic Systems
- Act as the horizontal AI layer across funnel experiences with CX teams
- Build AI use cases across:
- Content generation, discovery, and conversational commerce
- Develop agentic systems for journey orchestration, nudges, and guided selling
- Integrate LLM workflows across search, recommendations, and support
- Drive a lightweight AI innovation pipeline to prototype and scale new use cases
3. D2C Funnel & Growth
- Own the end-to-end funnel (Acquisition → Retention)
- Optimize cart, checkout, pricing, and promotions using AI
- Improve CAC, LTV, and funnel efficiency
4. Data, CDP & Experimentation
- Leverage CDPs to activate customer data and real-time triggers
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation at scale
- Track key metrics useful for business
- Continuously optimize using data and AI insights
5. AI Workflows & Operational Efficiency
- Build AI-driven automation and copilots across merchandising, marketing ops, and support
- Streamline workflows (content, tagging, QA, campaigns)
- Drive efficiency, speed, and cost optimization
6. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Growth, and CX teams
- Translate AI capabilities into scalable products and business outcomes
- Own roadmap and execution
7. Responsible AI
- Ensure ethical, compliant, and explainable AI systems
Skills, Tools & Background
- Strong in data analysis and experimentation (SQL required; Python preferred)
- Experience with analytics and A/B testing tools (Omniture, Power BI, GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Experience building AI/ML-powered products (personalization, search, automation) and Gen AI/LLMs
- Familiarity with CDPs, APIs, and data pipelines
- Awareness of RAG, embeddings, vector databases is a plus
- Hands-on in prototyping and AI workflow tools
- Proven ability to analyze data, run experiments, and drive impact
- Strong builder mindset—prototype, test, and scale
Experience & Education
- 5+ years in Product Management
- Experience in AI/ML, personalization and Gen AI related products
- Background in D2C / consumer tech / high-scale platforms preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; AI/ML coursework is a plus
