Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end AI FIRST product development for B2B and SaaS offerings, from problem discovery to launch and scale.
- Deeply understand customer pain points across property managers, operators, universities, and enterprise partners.
- Translate business needs into scalable SaaS workflows, platform capabilities, and operational tools.
- Define product vision, roadmap, requirements, business objectives, and execution timelines.
- Work closely with engineering, design, business, operations, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to launch impactful products.
- Drive product decisions using customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and market research.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Build products focused on scalability, automation, operational efficiency, and enterprise usability.
- Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, retention, activation, operational efficiency, and revenue impact.
- Partner with GTM teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and customer success outcomes.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap updates, and execution status across teams and leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality SaaS, B2B, or platform products.
- Strong understanding of product fundamentals, system architecture, APIs, integrations, and scalable workflows.
- High Agency and owner mindset to drive projects end to end
- Ability to solve ambiguous business problems using first-principles thinking.
- Customer-first mindset with strong empathy for enterprise users and operational teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, business, sales, and customer-facing teams.
- Understanding of SaaS metrics including retention, churn, activation, adoption, and ARR impact.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership.
