As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of a vital product area, spearheading the vision, strategy, and implementation of features that revolutionize the way our customers manage billing and revenue, ultimately facilitating the growth of their businesses. You will have considerable influence, pinpointing strategic opportunities, guiding product direction, and achieving meaningful outcomes. This position requires you to be a key thought partner for leadership and a mentor to fellow Product Managers, fostering a culture centered around customer focus, business intelligence, and ongoing learning. You will address genuinely challenging problems and help shape a product utilized by rapidly expanding SaaS companies.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Establish and take ownership of the product vision and roadmap within your area, which encompasses the contract lifecycle, billing automation, integrations, and revenue recognition
- Initiate product discovery efforts, conduct hypothesis testing, and prioritize tasks based on data-driven insights to effectively address the right challenges
- Collaborate across various departments, including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success, to identify issues and develop scalable, high-quality solutions
- Create comprehensive business cases and monitor success through well-defined KPIs, ROI, and customer impact, aligning initiatives with measurable results
- Advocate for the customer's perspective throughout the organization, ensuring optimization of the entire journey and minimizing friction at every interaction
- Facilitate alignment across multiple work streams with clarity and decisiveness
- Exemplify agile methodologies by focusing on results, iterative delivery, and embracing experimentation
- Monitor product performance, make iterative improvements based on data, and utilize insights gained from both successes and setbacks for ongoing enhancement
- Guide and mentor fellow Product Managers, raising the standard for product thinking and execution across the team
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressively responsible product management experience within a B2B SaaS or rapidly growing technology company
- A proven history of owning and driving a product roadmap from conception to execution, demonstrating quantifiable business results
- A strong sense of customer empathy, actively engaging with customers to uncover needs beyond their expressed requests
- Robust commercial insight, including an understanding of unit economics, developing business models, and linking product decisions to revenue and retention impacts
- Expertise in data analytics, experimentation techniques, and product discovery methods, with the ability to make informed decisions even amidst uncertainty and to adjust course swiftly
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Proven success in navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments where processes are still being defined
- Experience in billing, fintech, ERP, or subscription management will be considered a significant advantage
