About the Role
Our client is a rapidly growing AI technology company building enterprise-grade products for global customers across Europe, and APAC. They are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can bridge customer requirements with product development while ensuring successful enterprise deployments.
This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Client Delivery, and Customer Success, requiring someone who can translate complex business problems into scalable product capabilities while working closely with engineering and global enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for customer-facing product initiatives, from discovery through delivery and launch.
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into product roadmaps.
- Drive successful implementation and adoption of AI-powered solutions for global B2B clients.
- Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and Customer Success teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
- Balance customer-specific requirements with long-term product strategy to build scalable capabilities.
- Define product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
- Analyze customer usage, product performance, and feedback to continuously improve the platform.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across customers, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Support product demonstrations, solution workshops, and strategic customer engagements when required.
- Champion best practices around product execution, agile development, and customer-centric innovation.
Ideal Candidate
- 5–10 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Solution/Product Delivery.
- Experience working with enterprise B2B SaaS or AI products.
- Strong exposure to managing products for global enterprise customers, particularly in North America and Europe.
- Ability to work directly with customers to gather requirements and drive implementation programs.
- Experience writing product requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and working in Agile development environments.
- Comfortable working with technical teams, APIs, data products, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex customer requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
