Senior Product Manager — Platform, Integrations & Agentic Workflows
Company
Tailorbird (CapExOS)
Location
Hyderabad, India
Reports to
VP of Product
The Role
Tailorbird builds CapExOS, the capital-planning platform for institutional multifamily real estate. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to build the application and agentic layer of that platform — making it easy to onboard customers, easy to support integrations, and easy to run product operations. You will build on top of the infrastructure our Engineering team owns (asset entity model, MCP, data flywheel), orchestrating it with tools, agents, and MCPs so onboarding and data exchange become plug-and-play instead of a discovery → troubleshoot → triage → script → test → deploy cycle. Engineering owns the infrastructure and setup; you will have real influence over how it is shaped to support the agentic platform.
What you will own
- Agentic onboarding: A self-service path where a customer’s inputs are ingested and a working sandbox is stood up — no data tickets, no bespoke scripts.
- Integrations as product: Plug-and-play data exchange with customer systems (rent rolls, capex, PM, accounting tools) via agents and MCPs, not one-off engineering builds.
- Product operations: Turn manual, one-off operational work into repeatable, agent-driven flows with standard inputs and outputs, and own the tasks, tools, guardrails roadmap. What you’ll build The profile we need can think on their feet and stand up an agentic prototype that takes real customer inputs and produces a live sandbox in 3 days — data loaded, product explorable — with no data ticket, no engineer scripting an ingest, and no manual test, deploy loop. The same plug-and-play thinking applies to integrations. Must-have experience
- Agentic product development: Non-negotiable. Has shipped products built on tools, agents, and MCPs to connect workflows; thinks in orchestration, not traditional software builds.
- Integrations: Has owned integration, data-exchange products and made them repeatable, not bespoke.
- B2B SaaS: Has repeated the 0→1 platform, integration motion across companies — pattern recognition, not first attempt.
- Operates at altitude: Can define scope and guardrails and drive cross-functional execution with Engineering from day one. Bonus — real estate, proptech Direct experience with a real-estate technology tool (multifamily, capex, PM, accounting data) is a massive plus. Working with Engineering Engineering owns the infrastructure and setup. This role owns the application and agentic layer on top of it — and has real influence on how the infrastructure is shaped to support that layer. This role owns: Application, agentic layer, Onboarding & integration UX, Agent workflows, Tasks, tools, guardrails, Productizing services, Data exchanges, Customer self-serve. Engineering owns: Asset entity model, MCP, Core data infrastructure, AI, Data flywheel, Data pipelines, Processing standards, Delivery cost. First 90 days
- Days 0–30: Map the onboarding + integration path; identify manual steps agents can replace; align scope with Engineering, Architecture.
- Days 30–60: Ship the first agentic prototype — customer inputs → live sandbox in 3 days on one real account.
- Days 60–90: Deliver one plug-and-play integration and a repeatable pattern; replace a recurring manual operational workflow with an agent-driven one. How we measure success Time-to-sandbox ≤ 3 days (self-serve); onboarding Engineering tickets per onboarding, integration trending toward zero; manual operational effort replaced by repeatable, agent-driven flows.
