Millions of customers. Thousands of advisors. CRM, WhatsApp, omnichannel, and Customer 360 foundations already in place. Now we're going deeper with Claude, GPT, agentic workflows, and conversational AI.
What you'll own
AI-first CRM — copilots for sales, service, and renewals
WhatsApp journeys — lead nurturing, claims, onboarding, AI advisory
Omnichannel orchestration — WhatsApp, email, SMS, voice, app, chatbots, unified
AI productivity tools — internal copilots that actually change how RMs work
Minimum Eligibility Criteria
5–10 years in PM, shipped CRM / communication / workflow products end-to-end
Hands-on with LLMs, agents, prompt engineering — not buzzword-deep
Move fast, write tight specs, obsess over funnel metrics
BFSI / Insurance / Fintech background is a plus, not a must
Tier-1 MBA (IIM / ISB / IIT / equivalent) preferred
