Senior Product Manager – APIs, Integrations s Mobile Platform

About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve our API and integrations platform while partnering closely on our mobile application (AFM) strategy. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong technical depth, strategic judgment, and end-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery. In this role, you will work across platform APIs, partner integrations, and mobileexperiences to ensure that developers can build with confidence, partners can innovate quickly, and users benefit from reliable and intuitive products. You will balance technical depth with strong product intuition and guide initiatives from early exploration through launch and iteration.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end ownership of API platform strategy, including versioning (V4), migration, documentation, and developer experience.
- Definition and delivery of partner integrations, including third-party platforms and internal consumers.
- Product leadership for API-backed mobile capabilities, partnering with AFM stakeholders to ensure platform and app roadmaps are aligned.
- Clear, execution-ready PRDs, API specifications, and rollout plans that engineering teams can deliver against with confidence.
- API lifecycle management: design-first development, backwards compatibility, deprecations, and migrations.
- Cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Product Ops, Readiness, Support, and Marketing.
- Measurement of success through adoption, usage, reliability, and customer feedback.
What You’ll Do
- Define product strategy grounded in customer needs, platform constraints, and business priorities.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, decision-ready product narratives.
- Drive initiatives through dependency-heavy environments by proactively managing risk, trade-offs, and timelines.
- Own external-facing artifacts such as developer documentation, migration guides, Postman collections, and starter kits.
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure delivery quality, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability.
- Engage directly with customers and partners to validate solutions and guide iteration.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of Product Management experience, with significant time spent on APIs, platforms, or integrations.
- Strong technical fluency: REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, data models, and system dependencies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end delivery, not just discovery or documentation.
- Experience working in cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a bias toward clarity and execution.
- Proven ability to synthesize data, feedback, and constraints into clear priorities and trade-offs.
Bonus Points
- Experience owning mobile-backed platform capabilities.
- Prior work on API migrations, versioning strategies, or developer platforms.
- Familiarity with telematics, fleet, SaaS platforms, or B2B ecosystems.
