Job Title: Senior Product Engineer – Full Stack (Java, Spring Boot, Angular)

About Us
Infomind.ai is building an AI driven platform that helps organizations implement and adopt ERP systems faster and with significantly lower risk. Our platform combines AI agents, process testing, training automation, and enterprise knowledge systems to accelerate ERP transformation programs.
We have received seed funding and are currently in the process of raising our Series A round. Infomind is quickly emerging as one of the most exciting AI startups in the ERP ecosystem, redefining how enterprise systems are implemented, tested, trained, and supported.
What You Will Do
Design and build scalable, production grade full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
Architect and implement cloud native services running on AWS with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
Work extensively with AI assisted development platforms such as Cursor and similar tools to accelerate high quality software delivery.
Design robust system architectures and contribute to product level technical decisions including scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Build and integrate LLM powered capabilities using Java and Spring Boot to solve real world enterprise problems.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate product ideas into well designed technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well tested code with strong attention to engineering quality.
Take ownership of features from design through development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Strong hands on experience building full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
Very strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalable application architecture.
Practical experience building cloud native applications, preferably on AWS.
Strong experience integrating and using Large Language Models in real world applications, ideally using Java based frameworks.
Comfortable using AI assisted coding platforms such as Cursor or similar tools to improve development productivity.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and write technical blogs or documentation.
Experience working in fast moving product environments where engineers take ownership of end to end features.
Bonus Skills
Experience with ERP systems such as Infor, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise platforms.
Experience building AI driven products or developer tools.

Selection Process
Round 1 – AI Assisted Coding Assessment
Candidates will complete a practical coding exercise using Java and Spring Boot while working with an AI assisted coding platform such as Cursor. The goal is to evaluate how effectively the candidate uses AI tools to design, write, and refine production quality code.
Round 2 – System Design Exercise
Candidates will be given a real world product or platform problem and asked to design a scalable system architecture. Candidates are allowed to use tools such as ChatGPT or other AI assistants during the exercise. The focus is on architectural thinking, problem solving, and the ability to design scalable cloud native systems.
Round 3 – Culture and Leadership Interview
A final discussion with HR and the CEO to assess cultural alignment, communication ability, ownership mindset, and readiness to work in a fast paced startup environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical ideas and decisions.
