🧩 The Role
We’re hiring a Senior / Lead Product Engineer to own critical product systems and help us scale both technology and team.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll:
Build and scale production systems Drive architecture and technical decisions Work closely with product & design in a fast-paced environment

🚀 What You’ll Do
Own features end-to-end (0 → 1 and 1 → scale) Build across the stack (React + Node.js) with production-grade quality Design APIs, data models, and service architecture Improve performance, reliability, and scalability Debug and resolve real-world production issues Drive engineering best practices and code quality Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring decisions
🧠 What We’re Looking For
🔹 Core Experience
Strong experience in JavaScript / TypeScript Proven experience with React + Node.js (Full Stack) Experience building and scaling production systems Solid understanding of API design & distributed systems Strong grasp of data modeling (SQL / NoSQL)
🔹 Engineering Depth
Experience solving performance and scalability challenges Strong understanding of async systems and concurrency Ability to design clean, modular architectures
🔹 Scale-Up Mindset (Must-Have)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong ownership and accountability Ability to make pragmatic engineering trade-offs Bias for action with a focus on outcomes
🔹 Need to Have
Experience with event-driven architecture / microservices Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) Exposure to real-time systems (WebSockets, streaming) Background in SaaS / platform products
