Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Product Development Engineer based in the Pune Division (Pirangut). The role involves designing and developing innovative filtration products and systems, managing technical research to improve products, and leading projects from concept through production. Responsibilities include conducting analysis, troubleshooting engineering challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing R&D activities, and ensuring compliance with technical and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Filtration Product Development, including experience with new product lifecycles and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Product Design and Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to create advanced schematics and 3D models.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for solving complex engineering problems and optimizing designs.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D), with the ability to innovate and improve existing products.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is highly desirable.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, coupled with effective communication abilities.
- Prior experience in the filtration systems industry or related sectors is an added advantage.
