About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI agent systems. You'll work on building intelligent, autonomous systems powered by large language models (LLMs) similar to Claude, building real-world applications that transform enterprise workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect AI agent systems capable of reasoning, tool use, and autonomous decision-making
- Develop end-to-end features for AI agents including multi-turn conversations, context management, and state persistence
- Implement advanced AI patterns: agentic workflows, function calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and tool orchestration
- Optimize LLM performance through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and cost-efficient inference strategies
- Build scalable APIs and backend systems to support AI agent deployment at scale
- Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services into agentic workflows
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers to shape product vision and roadmap
Required Experience
- 5+ years of product development experience building scalable, production-grade systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar)
- Proven expertise building AI agent systems with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in backend development (Python, Node.js, or Go) and RESTful/GraphQL API design
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in performance optimization and debugging
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with multimodal AI (vision, audio, text integration)
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and familiarity with ML Ops tooling
- Track record of shipping successful products or features to millions of users
- Experience with security and compliance for AI systems (data privacy, bias mitigation)
- Contributions to open-source AI projects
