Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)
Location: Remote, Hybrid (Delhi NCR)
About Us:
We're building ConvertLens, an AI-powered customer engagement and marketing platform. We move quickly, iterate often, and solve complex product problems. We're looking for a Product Designer who enjoys working through ambiguity, partnering closely with engineering, and leveraging AI to build exceptional products faster.
What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end product design process—from discovery and research to polished UI.
- Translate abstract ideas into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct competitor research and identify UX patterns and opportunities.
- Create prototypes and iterate rapidly based on product and engineering feedback.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma.
- Work side-by-side with developers throughout implementation to ensure designs are practical, consistent, and polished.
- Participate in product discussions and proactively suggest better user experiences - not just execute requirements.
- Help simplify complex AI and workflow-heavy interfaces into intuitive experiences.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, documentation, and design iterations.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience designing SaaS or B2B software products.
- Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills.
- Expert proficiency with Figma, including components, Auto Layout, design systems, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You enjoy working closely with developers, discussing trade-offs, providing constructive feedback, and solving problems together.
- Comfortable working with evolving requirements and turning rough ideas into well-thought-out product experiences.
- Able to clearly communicate design decisions while balancing user needs with technical constraints.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working in startups or small product teams where you've collaborated directly with founders and engineers and owned features end-to-end is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working in an AI-native environment. You regularly use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Cursor, or similar AI tools to improve design quality, speed up research, document decisions, and prototype ideas.
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing AI-powered products, copilots, agents, or workflow automation tools.
- Experience with CRM, analytics, or productivity software.
- Ability to create simple interactive prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/React to communicate effectively with engineers.

Within the first few months, you'll:
- Become a trusted design partner for engineering and product.
- Help developers ship polished experiences with minimal back-and-forth.
- Bring structure to ambiguous product ideas through thoughtful UX.
- Establish a consistent, scalable design language across the product.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate the team's design and product development process.
