Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Product Designer role based in Bengaluru, with a hybrid work model that allows flexibility to work remotely on certain days. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering user-centered design solutions, conducting user research, and driving end-to-end product design projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive and aesthetically compelling digital experiences. Utilizing expertise in design thinking and visual design, you will create impactful user interfaces and ensure the user experience is seamless and engaging.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product design, collaborating directly with Product and Engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Service Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
- End-to-end portfolio demonstrating ownership of product design work, including examples of shipped or in-market products that show both interaction and visual design capabilities.
- Visual design expertise, applying principles including layout, iconography, and typography to create cohesive and accessible interfaces.
- Prototyping proficiency, using tools and methods to test, validate, and communicate design intent.
