The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end product design—from defining problems to shipping high-impact user experiences.
This is a high-ownership role where you will define design standards, influence product direction, and help build the design function at Propsoch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product design across web and mobile, from concept to execution
- Solve complex and ambiguous problems with user-centered design
- Build and scale design systems and standards
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 4–6 years of product design experience, preferably in startups
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design and shipped products
Design Skills
- Strong UX and visual design fundamentals
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with design systems and prototyping
Mindset
- High ownership and accountability
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong focus on user experience and quality
