About the role
At Onething, we work on products that shape how people move, invest, learn, and live across industries. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll help define and design these experiences from the ground up. You’ll lead projects end-to-end, from understanding users and mapping flows to crafting interfaces that are functional, elegant, and user-first. You’ll work closely with clients, UX and UI designers, and co-founders to turn ideas into digital products people actually want to use. You’ll also mentor junior designers and shape how we think, build, and grow as a design team.
If you care about solving real problems through design and want to work on products that make a difference, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from research and strategy to interaction and final visuals.
- Define product vision, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and design handoffs.
- Collaborate with clients to align design outcomes with business goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, and translate insights into clear, actionable design decisions.
- Advocate for design excellence, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
- Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI patterns.
- Define visual language, interaction states, and detailed behaviour across digital interfaces.
- Ensure accessibility, consistency, and pixel-perfect implementation across platforms.
- Manage multiple projects while balancing quality and deadlines.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and design culture.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
- Proven track record of delivering meaningful and effective digital products.
- A strong portfolio that reflects end-to-end product thinking, UX process, and design outcomes.
- Proficiency in both UX and UI design from early wireframes to final high-fidelity visuals.
- Deep experience working with design systems, UI libraries, and component-based design.
- Fluency with tools like Figma, Miro, and usability testing platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, agile product environments.
- Ability to guide, mentor, and uplift junior team members.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging design tools is an added advantage.
