Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Design Ownership

Own the complete design lifecycle—from problem discovery and user flows to final visual execution and delivery.

Drive projects independently with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Translate product and business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and impactful design solutions.

Consumer-Centric Experience Design

Design seamless, visually engaging, and highly intuitive experiences for consumer-facing mobile applications.

Create interactions that feel natural, frictionless, and emotionally engaging for users.

Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals, usability, and technical feasibility.

Innovation, Gamification & Engagement

Conceptualize and implement gamified experiences, reward systems, and micro-interactions that increase user engagement and retention.

Draw inspiration from leading consumer products and emerging design trends to deliver innovative experiences.

Push the boundaries of mobile interaction design while maintaining usability and accessibility standards.

User Research & Insight-Driven Design

Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, and Analytics teams to understand customer behaviors, motivations, and pain points.

Conduct and synthesize user interviews, usability studies, surveys, and product analytics.

Convert insights into actionable design improvements and data-informed product experiences.
Prototyping & Visual Craft
Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and modern design tools.

Deliver pixel-perfect visual designs with exceptional attention to typography, color systems, spacing, layout, and motion.

Build scalable and consistent design systems that align with brand guidelines and product goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and Business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

Clearly communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and user experience decisions to cross-functional teams.

Ensure final implementations maintain the integrity and quality of the original design vision.

Usability Testing & Iteration

Conduct usability testing sessions to validate concepts and improve user experiences.

Iterate rapidly based on qualitative feedback, experimentation results, and product metrics.

Continuously refine designs to improve usability, conversion, engagement, and retention.
