You will design products for construction site planning and on-ground operations. The focus is on solving real problems faced by site engineers, contractors, and execution teams.
Responsibilities
- Design workflows for construction planning, tracking, and execution.
- Translate on-ground complexity into simple, usable interfaces.
- Work directly with field teams to understand real constraints.
- Own end-to-end design from problem discovery to shipped product.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure designs work reliably in real site conditions (mobility, speed, clarity).
Requirements
- 4-6 years of product design experience.
- Experience designing for field operations/frontline users (e. g., logistics, delivery, warehouse, mobility, or similar).
- Ability to simplify complex operational workflows.
- Strong UX thinking with a practical execution focus.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
