We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst with over 8 years of experience to take full ownership of product analytics,
establish scalable data infrastructure, and lead a small, high-performing analytics team of 4-5 members.
This strategic position involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Leadership teams to inform product decisions through comprehensive data insights.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Product Analytics & Insights
Utilize data-driven insights to guide product strategy across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization funnels.
Establish and take ownership of north-star metrics, product KPIs, and business health dashboards.
Detect user drop-offs, behavioral trends, and opportunities for growth throughout the user journey.
Event Tracking & Data Architecture
Develop and maintain scalable event taxonomy and instrumentation frameworks.
Collaborate with Engineering to guarantee clean, dependable, and actionable product data pipelines.
Enhance data quality, governance, attribution precision, and tracking consistency across multiple platforms.
Experimentation & Growth
Lead the implementation of A/B testing frameworks and foster an experimentation culture among product and growth teams.
Create analytical models to identify valuable cohorts, user segments, and key drivers of retention.
Support initiatives related to growth, CRM, lifecycle management, and personalization through comprehensive analytics.
Analytics Infrastructure & Tools
Manage dashboards, reporting systems, and self-service analytics infrastructure.
Work with tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Clevertap, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker, and others.
Contribute to the development and evolution of data warehouses and stacks like BigQuery, Redshift, and Snowflake.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 analysts.
Implement robust review processes, analytical rigor, and maintain high standards of stakeholder communication.
Cultivate a culture that values ownership, agility, and business-focused thinking.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers, Founders, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Convert ambiguous business challenges into clearly defined analytical frameworks.
Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Business Analytics roles
- Extensive experience in consumer internet, B2C, healthtech, ecommerce, fintech, or high-growth startup environments
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Product funnels
- Event instrumentation
- User journey analytics
- Data architecture fundamentals
- Experimentation frameworks
- Advanced SQL skills
- Proficiency in Python or R for analytics and modeling
- Familiarity with modern analytics stacks and BI tools
- Strong abilities in stakeholder management and communication
- Experience in managing teams and independently driving execution
Preferred Skills
- Background in high-growth Series A/B startups or established consumer technology companies
- Practical experience with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Clevertap, Segment, Snowflake, and BigQuery
- Exposure to recommendation systems, personalization, or lifecycle analytics
- Experience collaborating closely with founders or product leadership
