The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to serve as the bridge between raw data and strategic execution. In this role, you won’t just report on what’s happening—you’ll explain why it’s happening and advocate for the product changes that will move the needle.
As a senior member of the team, you will dive deep into user behavior, optimize our product funnel, and collaborate directly with leadership to shape the future of digital wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Insight Generation: Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, user friction points, and opportunities for product growth.
Strategic Roadmapping: Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features based on data-driven impact.
Performance Monitoring: Design and maintain automated dashboards to track KPIs, retention metrics, and the success of new feature launches.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to user experience and product optimization.
Experimentation: Lead A/B testing initiatives from hypothesis through to post-experiment analysis.
Qualifications
Analytical Mastery: Proven experience in data analytics, with the ability to turn messy data into clear, actionable business narratives.
Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in SQL and experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
Product Intuition: A strong understanding of Business Analysis and the product lifecycle; you know how to translate business goals into technical specs.
Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Background: 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS, HealthTech, or Wellness startup.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
