The Ideal Candidate :
Product Expertise: 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or customer experience products, with a strong passion for driving impact. This includes a deep understanding of product funnels, acquisition sources, user retention, and behavioral analytics.
- Strong understanding of Catalogue Pages, PDP (Product Detail Page) Journey, and Product Pages
- Expertise in analyzing customer funnels across the entire user journey
- Strong knowledge of Top Funnel metrics and performance analysis
- Experience in customer segmentation and user behavior analysis
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights
- Understanding of conversion optimization and customer drop-off analysis
- Experience with product analytics and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with Product, Marketing, UX, and Business teams
