Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to lead production across a slate of narrative projects spanning multiple formats including books, tabletop & AAA games, graphic novels, films and more. The role requires a production leader who can translate creative vision into structured execution, manage complex timelines, and coordinate teams across disciplines. The Senior Producer will work closely with the studio’s founders and creative leads to oversee the development and launch of projects within a shared narrative universe. Candidates experienced with crowdfunding campaigns, launch operations, marketing coordination, creator outreach, and fulfilment planning will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead production planning and execution across multiple formats including film, publishing, and games
- Build and manage detailed production schedules, budgets, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate internal teams (writers, designers, artists, editors) and external collaborators (vendors, studios, manufacturers)
- Oversee hiring of creative and technical talent for specific projects
- Establish production workflows, documentation systems, and reporting structures
- Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Support launch planning and coordination for new products and media releases
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of production experience in film, television, media, publishing, or gaming
- Proven track record managing large creative projects from development to launch
- Strong operational, planning, and project management skills
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to translate creative goals into practical execution plans
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led studio environment
