Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Procurement Specialist based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Procurement Specialist will oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including handling purchase orders, assessing and managing supplier relationships, conducting contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The role also involves leveraging analytical skills to optimize procurement strategies and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing Purchase Orders and ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation to assess and select reliable vendors
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and agreements
- Advanced Analytical Skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Expertise in Procurement processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with the healthcare, medical equipment, or HealthTech industries is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools is desirable
