Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Procurement Manager. The role involves overseeing procurement activities, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiations, and vendor management. The Senior Procurement Manager will develop and implement procurement strategies, ensure compliance with budgets, evaluate supplier performance, and manage contracts effectively. Additionally, the role encompasses analyzing market trends, optimizing procurement processes, and fostering strong vendor relationships to ensure adherence to company standards and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Vendor Assessment
- Strong expertise in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess market trends and optimize procurement processes
- Extensive experience in Procurement, including identifying and selecting vendors
- Thorough understanding of cost analysis and financial management related to procurement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and adhere to project timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in construction, real estate, or design-related industries is an advantage
