Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage purchase operations, vendor relationships, and order processing. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy in PO management, cost optimization, compliance with ISO standards, and smooth coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) processing in ERP systems
• Verify and approve sales & purchase orders with high accuracy
• Maintain procurement database, documentation, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards and audit requirements
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper records
• Develop and manage vendor relationships, including negotiation
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and cost control
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations
• Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies proactively

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain
• Experience in ISO compliance and audit handling
• Strong vendor management & negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle, etc.)
• Good communication, documentation, and analytical skills
