Role Description
The Senior Process Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Navi Mumbai. As a Senior Process Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering effective training modules to enhance team performance, conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps, and implementing training strategies. You will also develop course materials, lead training sessions, evaluate outcomes, and provide feedback to improve the team’s competencies.
Qualifications
- Strong training skills, including the ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training content.
- Experience with process development and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with an ability to adapt training approaches to meet the needs of individuals and teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, training software, and an understanding of call center operations and metrics.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams to improve professional skills and productivity.
- Prior experience in the BPO/ITES industry and familiarity with training in customer support, telemarketing, or similar domains is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience in training and development.
