Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Process Specialist based in Delhi, India. The Senior Process Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and implementing business process improvements to ensure operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include analyzing and improving workflows, monitoring ongoing processes, and identifying areas where enhancements are needed. The role also involves delivering training sessions, supporting customer service initiatives, and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement methodologies to streamline and optimize operations.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering Training programs and fostering skill development among team members.
- Customer Service expertise to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Relevant experience in process optimization or a related role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is desirable.
