Job Description
Role Purpose: Drive execution, governance, and analytics for the organization’s Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) agenda across India. The role will operationalize the I&D SOP, ensure cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes across hiring, benefits, infrastructure, culture, and representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operationalize and monitor the Inclusion & Diversity SOP.
- Track and report quarterly diversity dashboards (gender, PwD, LGBTQIA+, attrition, promotion parity, pay equity, leadership representation, training metrics).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to improve diversity hiring ratios and inclusive recruitment practices.
- Collaborate with HR CoEs on pay equity audits, inclusive benefits, and policy effectiveness.
- Oversee accessibility and infrastructure compliance with Admin/IT teams.
- Drive inclusion learning, engagement programs, and ERG governance tracking.
- Provide data-driven insights and corrective action plans to HR Leadership and Inclusion Council.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in HR, Process Excellence, or I&D
- Strong communication, governance, and stakeholder management skills
