The Role: We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our team at Rubber Park, Airapuram. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing our molded goods manufacturing lines, with a specific focus on high-precision metal-bonded and coir-bonded rubber components. You will implement process control systems, identify inefficiencies, and lead optimization projects that drive production efficiency and quality. This is a key position that aligns technical excellence with our company’s strategic growth and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes for rubber-molded goods.
- Manage the technical requirements for metal-bonded and coir-bonded rubber production.
- Establish and monitor effective process control systems to ensure consistency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex process challenges and implement improvements.
- Oversee quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Your Qualifications
- Experience: More than 5 years of process engineering experience specifically within the rubber-molded goods industry.
- Specialization: Proven expertise in handling metal-bonded and coir-bonded rubber components.
- Education: Bachelor’s or master's degree in polymer, chemical, or process engineering.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking for identifying bottlenecks and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Logistics: Ability to relocate to the Airapuram/Ernakulam area.
