Role Description
This full-time on-site role for a senior process engineer is based in Rubber Park, Airapuram, Ernakulam. The Senior Process Engineer will design and optimize the molded goods manufacturing line, implement effective process control systems, and ensure production efficiency. They will identify and resolve process challenges, develop and execute process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The engineer will also drive quality assurance initiatives and contribute to the company’s operational growth in alignment with its strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Process Design and Process Engineering
- Strong expertise in Process Control and Chemical Engineering principles
- Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions
- Ability to lead process optimization projects and improve production efficiency
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polymer, Chemical or Process Engineering
- Proven experience in manufacturing or the industrial rubber sector
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of quality systems and compliance is a plus
