Role Description The Senior Process Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, responsible for overseeing and executing key operational processes within the medical billing workflow. This role involves managing end-to-end billing activities, monitoring claim submissions and denials, and ensuring high accuracy in data entry and documentation. The Senior Process Associate collaborates with internal teams and clients to resolve issues, optimize processes, and support revenue cycle performance. Daily tasks may include reviewing financial and billing reports, coordinating with customer service teams, supporting training of junior associates, and adhering to compliance and quality standards. The role requires consistent process improvement efforts and effective communication to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret billing data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage client interactions, handle inquiries, and support issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand billing, reimbursements, and revenue cycle concepts.
- Candidates should possess experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or similar process-driven environments, preferably in healthcare or medical billing.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with medical billing and coding processes, knowledge of HIPAA compliance, and experience with billing software or healthcare information systems.
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a senior process or operations role.
