Job Responsibilities Senior Process Associate
- Handle international customer calls (Inbound Outbound)
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services
Job Responsibilities Team Lead (3+ Years)
- Hands-on Experience in product sales as Team Lead
- Drive the team, manage, and deliver business demand
- Achieving individual and team targets
Job Responsibilities Voice Accent Trainer
- Deliver sessions for new hires to enhance their communication skills
- Prepare educational material such as Training content, training handouts, videos etc.
- Conduct TNA to identify areas of improvement
Eligibility
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum 1-6 years of experience in International BPO
