🔹 About the Role
As a Senior Principal Enterprise Software Test Engineer, you will lead the Verification & Validation (V&V) strategy across enterprise platforms (Desktop, Web, Mobile) within the Acute Care & Monitoring R&D organization.
You’ll work closely with engineering leaders, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant solutions that impact real lives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Define and lead enterprise test architecture & quality strategy
✔️ Design scalable automation frameworks (API, CI/CD, model-based)
✔️ Drive risk-based validation across performance, cybersecurity & reliability
✔️ Lead AI-driven testing and advanced validation initiatives
✔️ Mentor senior engineers & influence global engineering teams
✔️ Ensure compliance with medical standards (IEC, ISO)
✔️ Own test lab architecture & distributed execution environments
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ 18+ years in V&V / Test Architecture
✅ Strong expertise in enterprise testing frameworks & automation
✅ Experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Playwright
✅ Proficiency in Java / Python / C# / C++
✅ Deep knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485
✅ Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration & system-level validation
✅ Proven leadership across global teams
