Role Overview
-> 15+ years of experience in software engineering with strong hands-on expertise.
-> Proven experience in building and working on varied system architectures (e.g., microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native applications).
-> Strong coding and design skills with a focus on scalable and high-performance systems.
-> Experience working in collaborative environments with architects and multiple teams.
-> Ability to drive technical solutions without direct ownership of architecture.
-> Exposure to multiple domains/industries, demonstrating adaptability and breadth of experience.
-> Experience with .NET and Azure is preferred (not mandatory).
-> Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a hands-on, individual contributor role.
-> Collaborate with architects and cross-functional engineering teams to design and evolve system architecture.
-> Contribute to solution design and technical decision-making across multiple projects.
-> Drive hands-on development, writing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
-> Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
-> Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and design reviews.
-> Ensure adherence to best practices in system design, performance, and reliability.
-> Actively contribute to problem-solving, debugging, and system optimisation.
-> Engage in day-to-day activities, including architecture discussions, team collaboration, coding, and solutioning.
