Executive Compensation Design & Analysis Design and refine senior leadership compensation structures including fixed pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives. Conduct benchmarking, pay mix modeling, competitiveness analysis. Develop clear, data-backed recommendations and decision-support materials for senior leadership. Equity / Stock Incentive Program Leadership Lead the design and administration of Stock Incentive Plans (RSUs, PSUs, LTIP programs) across Infosys and its Group Companies. Manage grant cycles, vesting schedules, allocation principles, and performance-based award processes. Maintain all plan documentation, rules, governance controls, reporting templates and compliance requirements. Program Governance, Process Excellence and Stakeholder Management Develop and continuously improve policies, SOPs and frameworks. Drive process simplification, standardization, and digitization of compensation and equity programs. Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and accurate reporting through close collaboration with Finance, Legal, Company Secretary, Payroll, HR Systems teams and external vendor partners. Incorporate external insights to strengthen program competitiveness and governance. Partner effectively across including senior HR leaders, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to align on program requirements and execution. Build communication material to enable clarity and understanding of reward programs
