Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Pricing Manager for our Air Freight division, based on-site in Mumbai. The role involves developing and managing competitive pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to optimize profitability. Responsibilities include negotiating rates with carriers, preparing pricing proposals, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Senior Pricing Manager will serve as a key decision-maker in optimizing air freight operations through strategic pricing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Pricing Strategies, Cost Analysis, and Market Research
- Experience in Negotiation, Business Development, and Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Working with Analytics Tools
- Knowledge of Air Freight Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and relevant industry software
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai with a collaborative and proactive mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in a pricing, logistics, or air freight management role preferred
