Job Title: Senior Executive: Rate Revision
📍 Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
🕒 Working Days & Timings: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
💰 Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

🎯 Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (5–10 years preferred)
🔹 Job Purpose
To manage the end-to-end process of reviewing, negotiating, and implementing pricing and rate structures for existing clients, ensuring organizational profitability while maintaining strong client relationships and competitive market positioning.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
📈 Rate & Fee Analysis
- Analyze client transaction volumes, portfolio size, and profitability
- Recommend appropriate revisions in commission, custodial, and interest rates
🤝 Client Negotiation
- Engage with existing clients for rate revisions during renewals or volume changes
- Negotiate competitive pricing while ensuring business profitability
📄 Documentation & Contracting
- Draft, review, and finalize revised fee agreements and contracts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (SEBI/SEC) and internal policies
⚙️ System Implementation
- Coordinate with IT, Operations, and Finance teams
- Ensure accurate implementation of revised rates in systems like SAP, billing, or trading platforms
💼 Relationship Management
- Act as the primary POC for clients on pricing and fee-related queries
- Handle disputes and provide transparent justification for rate changes
📊 Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare reports on client profitability and pricing efficiency
- Present insights and impact analysis to senior management
🌐 Market Intelligence
- Track competitor pricing trends and market benchmarks
- Ensure pricing strategies remain competitive in brokerage and custody services
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline (Finance-related preferred)
💼 Experience:
- 5–10 years in Capital Markets, Brokerage, Custodial Services, or Asset Management
📚 Domain Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of equities, bonds, derivatives, and trade lifecycle
- Knowledge of fee structures in financial services
🧠 Skills:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent negotiation and client management abilities
- Advanced MS Excel (modelling preferred)
- Experience with CRM/billing systems (e.g., SAP)
⚖️ Compliance Knowledge:
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SEBI, MiFID II, Dodd-Frank (or equivalents)

🔹 Preferred Background
- Candidates from DP, Broking, RTA, or Merchant Banking industry
