Your Team:
The Product Management team provides product line support and service for our investment capabilities. The team is responsible for delivering high-quality content and managing key product initiatives to support new business development efforts.
This team plays a critical part in effectively positioning our products across channels ensuring alignment with investment teams, Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs), distribution and marketing. As part of Invesco’s Global Product organization, Product Management is part of a cohesive team along with product platform management and product development that supports the full product life cycle for our investment capabilities to best align client needs with Invesco business goals.
The team maintains deep connectivity with investment teams and CPMs, enabling alignment on product positioning, messaging, and strategic priorities.
Your Role:
- Overall support of the product line with a focus on high-quality content, efficient execution and strong collaboration across product, investments, distribution and marketing.
- High-quality and efficiency in the creation and delivery of core selling system collateral including client facing and internal investment presentations, factsheets, commentaries, infographics, annual reports, and bios.
- Contribution to regulatory and governance-related deliverables (such as Fund Board materials, prospectus reviews)
- Support product change management efforts, ensuring timely updates and coordination across stakeholders
- Support management of consultant databases and responses to standard RFP/DDQ queries
- Ensure quality control across product-related website content and internal communications (Sharepoint site)
- Strong connectivity with investment teams and CPMs to ensure product messaging reflects current views, priorities, and market dynamics
- Remaining current on market trends and competitive developments; understand peer group dynamics and clearly articulates product differentiation
You Will be responsible for:
- The Presentation Specialist’s core role is to deliver a range of high-quality presentations materials, including slides, charts, diagrams, graphics and other supporting materials where able, while developing, maintaining, and deepening relationships with colleagues across the Invesco global business.
- This includes the creation, updates and arranging Compliance approval where necessary for all presentations requested by internal clients for use in external and internal meetings and events.
- Ensure Invesco “best practice” is adopted in all presentation work with an eye to changes and improvements possible to existing processes, practices and technology
- Produce client facing and internal investment/product related presentations including sourcing data, producing and formatting content as appropriate, managing the approvals process and arranging circulation as necessary, while managing and maintaining positive internal client relationships
- Maintain a log of job requests and compliance approvals in addition to a library of up-to-date standard documents available to the wider organisation
- Work in conjunction with all stakeholders to maintain, monitor effectiveness of, regularly review and update the presentation template and provide PowerPoint and template training and support
- Work effectively, independently and as a team player within local team and wider organisation
- Ensure work is completed to agreed service levels and standards, according to regulations and requirements. Ensure all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles as well as Compliance and Privacy standards.
- Make a personal contribution to wider departmental/cross-functional projects
Skills/Experience Required
- Experience in a similar financial services role
- Outstanding PowerPoint and Excel skills, with an understanding of other design software, screen show and print requirements
- Understanding of industry reporting packages
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential
