Slide Marvels - Presentation Design Company, founded in 2017 by former McKinsey & Company presentation designers, specializes in high-impact PowerPoint and presentation design. The company focuses on building long-term partnerships with clients for premium PowerPoint and Google Slides designs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Presentation Design (Core)
- Create, redesign, and enhance PowerPoint presentations to a consulting-grade (McKinsey-level) standard
- Structure and format slides for clarity, storytelling, and visual impact
- Develop custom PowerPoint templates and slide libraries
- Convert handwritten notes, documents, and rough inputs into polished presentations
- Ensure consistency in layout, typography, color, and branding
2. Graphic Design (Core)
- Design brochures, flyers, pitch materials, and marketing collaterals
- Create and refine logos, brand identity elements, and visual systems
- Develop infographics, icons, illustrations, and custom visual assets
- Produce social media creatives and digital design assets
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all outputs
3. Visual & Design Excellence
- Apply strong visual hierarchy, layout principles, and typography systems
- Ensure all deliverables are clean, minimal, and premium in look and feel
- Work across formats ensuring consistency between presentations and marketing materials
- Continuously elevate design quality to meet global standards
Qualifications:
Experience
- 8 years or above experience in presentation design and graphic design
- Experience working with consulting firms / corporate clients / design agencies is preferred
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with Figma / InDesign is a plus
- Ability to create custom graphics (not reliant on stock assets)
Design Skills
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and slide structuring
- Expertise in layout, typography, color theory, and branding
- Ability to handle both data-heavy slides and marketing creatives
- High attention to detail and consistency
Soft Skills
- Ability to understand and interpret ambiguous inputs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
