Position Summary
Responsible for handling CRM-assigned leads and driving initial sales interactions through cold calling, lead qualification, and site visit scheduling. Plays a key role in generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
Contact and engage leads via cold calling
Capture all interactions in CRM in real-time
Lead Qualification
Understand client requirements and assess fit
Qualify and route leads to sales team
Site Visit Coordination
Schedule and coordinate site visits
Follow up post-visit for feedback and next steps
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates
Track leads and generate daily/weekly reports
Sales Support
Act as first point of contact for clients
Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to sales
Key KPIs
Call volume (daily/weekly)
Lead qualification rate
Site visits scheduled
CRM accuracy & response time
Conversion rate (call → lead → visit)
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication & listening skills
CRM proficiency
Target-driven with high call handling ability
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Fluent in English & Tamil (Hindi/Kannada is a plus)
