Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Presales Consultant in the HR Tech domain. We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to drive enterprise deals across the South East Asia region. This role sits at the intersection of solutioning, storytelling, and deal strategy. You will partner with Sales to win complex, multi-country HR tech engagements by architecting compelling, compliant, and differentiated solutions aligned to client HR transformation goals.


Key Responsibilities


1. Enterprise Solutioning


  • Lead end-to-end solution design for large and mid-market enterprises across SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam).
  • Translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions spanning Core HR, Payroll (multi-country), Leave & Attendance, Performance, Recruitment, and AI-led capabilities.
  • Design solutions aligned with regional statutory, compliance, and localisation requirements.


2. Deal Strategy & Pre-Sales Ownership


  • Own the pre-sales lifecycle: discovery, requirement workshops, solution mapping, demos, proposals, and commercial alignment.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to CXOs (CHRO, CFO, CIO) and influence decision-making through consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with Sales to shape winning strategies for RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise pursuits.


3. High-Impact Demonstrations


  • Deliver tailored, scenario-driven product demonstrations aligned to client use cases (not generic feature walkthroughs).
  • Build POCs and demo environments reflecting client-specific complexities (multi-entity, multi-country payroll, workforce mobility, etc.).


4. Proposal & RFP Management


  • Lead responses to complex RFPs with structured, differentiated, and compliance-aligned submissions.
  • Articulate value propositions clearly across functional, technical, and commercial dimensions.


5. Stakeholder Collaboration


  • Work closely with Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
  • Provide structured feedback from the field to influence product roadmap and positioning.


6. Market & Domain Expertise


  • Maintain deep understanding of HR Tech trends, competitive landscape (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM), and emerging AI capabilities in HR.
  • Bring insights on SEA-specific nuances.


Required Skills & Experience


  • 5-7 years of experience in HR Tech Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting, with strong exposure to enterprise clients.
  • Proven experience handling multi-country HCM deals, preferably across SEA.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex solutioning involving:
  • Multi-entity / multi-country deployments
  • Localisation and statutory compliance
  • Integrations and enterprise architecture
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and structuring ability for RFPs and solution documents.
  • Experience with AI-enabled HR solutions.
